The simple answer is through eating the right foods and exercising consistently. Nothing is simple about it!
It was a work in progress, I gradually changed what I ate and drank over a year. From the time I received better information through my cgm it took about 3 months. My journey was a continuous evolution over a year and a half. I do not eat the same as before and never will again. My numbers stay in the normal range, however, I do not put massive amounts of carbs and refined sugars in my body.
